Online coaching is typically via Zoom or Skype. Predominately I use Zoom which is a simple app that is free for you to install and gives good quality calls. Other options are possible.

Yes, no problem at all. As long as it has camera feed so we can see each other. The fee is the same.
I have also coached clients that want some support aside of their coaching sessions, for example just before an important meeting and we can arrange a shorter session or that we are in correspondence before such arrangement.

You can bring any topic of conversation to this practice. Posiitve psychology coaches trained to the level I am are able to use different coaching and psychology techniques to fit the client.
We will work together on the topics you bring and also on empowering you to continue your journey even when I am not at your side.
Your session time will start when you arrive and finish at the usual finish time mark and cost exactly the same. So if you are late you will be paying the same but receiving less coaching. If you are over 15 minutes late you should call as we will not be able to make a full coaching session.
I currently do not have late fees or cancellation fees but I am strict on time-keeping. I will stop working with a client that is consistently late or cancels continuously. Being on time is a commitment to the process and ensures my own schedule can be kept.
